In 2013 I aim to build on my 50th place finish on the Challenge Tour in 2012 and secure my European Tour card. This means finishing in the Top 10 of the Challenge Tour. It will be a tough ask as many strong players have dropped down from the European Tour. However, that's life and I've just got to ignore that, get stuck in and battle hard for every shot and I will.

This year I welcome a new sponsor on board in Steel Dynamics from Manchester. Since being an Amateur I have enjoyed a great relationship with Titleist and I continue today with them. I don't have a coach, I taught myself to play so my clubs are very precious to me and Titleist are just superb.

I hope to see you out on Tour, your support for the players is very much appreciated and please come along and feel very much a part of the various events. Golf is a sport that we all love deeply, whether an Amateur or Pro doesn't matter to me I hope you all enjoy your golf and have a great season yourself
